Cancellation Policy
At The Lon Next Door, we require a credit card to book ALL future appointments, with nothing being charged to your card unless you NO-SHOW or cancel LESS THAN 48 hours of appointment. If this happens, we will be authorized to charge up to 100% of the service total that you were booked for within the 48-hour window. Rescheduling services under the 48 hour window will result in a charge of a 50% cost of the service(s) booked. If the service is no showed, then the card will be charged for 100% of service cost and will need to find a future time for your rebooking service. This is a necessary step so team members do not lose out on wages. Having a card on file also helps the checkout process to run smoothly for future appointments. We accept all major credit cards, cash/check for services. Thank you for your understanding and support!
