The Lon Next Door

At The Lon Next Door, we require a credit card to book ALL future appointments, with nothing being charged to your card unless you NO-SHOW or cancel LESS THAN 48 hours of appointment. If this happens, we will be authorized to charge up to 100% of the service total that you were booked for within the 48-hour window. Rescheduling services under the 48 hour window will result in a charge of a 1 hour cost of the technicians service, $35 of that charge is the cancellation fee and the remainder will be added to your account for your future service. If your service is less than $35, then the $35 charge and the service amount is charged, and the service amount will be added to your account for your future service. If the service is no showed, then the card will be charged for 100% of service cost with nothing added to the account and will need to find a future time for your service. This is a necessary step so team members do not lose out on a half day's wages. Having a card on file also helps the checkout process to run smoothly for future appointments.
